Everything was excellent the staff were literally a phone call or text away & extremely prompt responses. With covid19 & the restrictions starting to lift it was nice to be able to quarantine and have a pool in the back! The neighbors were great in keeping us updated about parking rules so no one would get towed. I would definitely book again! The kids & adults were extremely grateful!!!!

When we got to the first home we originally rented there was no A/C (broken) and the pool was half empty (leak). Called the emergency number and an Apex representative came within 30 minutes and took us to a different, nicer home with no upcharge. We enjoyed our stay thanks to their fast response.

We enjoy travel and find renting a property ideal especially with 5 girls. We rent 3-5 properties during our vacations each year and this was a one of the nicest. I was a bit cautious trying not to expect too much because it was so reasonablely priced. No worries what so ever! The house was beautiful with nice decor and art. The choice of furniture was very tasteful and comfortable. The bed were comfortable as well and there were plenty of blankets. I love to cook and I must say this was one of the nicest stocked kitchens I have ever seen with everything I needed for my cooking and baking needs. I loved they had plastic plates for us to use by the pool without worrying about breakage as well as dinner glass dishes. The pool and pool area we’re delightful again the owner has great taste in funiture for the lougechairs by the pool.
The clubhouse www as an extra nice treat and just steps away from the house. Everyone at the clubhouse was extremely nice and friendly as were residents that we shared activities with each day. The pool there is dreamy as is the jacuzzi. I asked a my kids if it was child abuse to take them ssso close to Disney but not take them there. As we were packing up to leave they told me they had a blast here and didn’t care at all they hadn’t visited Disney. I believe all our billiards games improved and we all got spoiled with the 40 sweat theater.
Definitely a delightful vacation. I thank the owner for putting so much love and attention into their property. We definitely appreciated it and will be going back again.
